We currently offer three varietals of Hawaiian honey, each unique in color, texture, and taste. These differences are attributable to the diversity of blossoms blooming at distinct parts of the island at different times of the year. Consequently our honeys are single floral. Because they are single floral you'll be startled by the purity of the tastes.
 

Gourmet Organic Hawaiian Honey Gift Set

Our bees take full advantage of the Big Island´s bio-diversity, providing an assortment of subtle flavors from the rare blossoms found on the slopes of Mauna Kea to the southern shores of Honu‘apo Bay. Because the blossoming occurs at different times of the year, our honeys are single floral, each with a different taste, color, and texture. Three 4.5 ounce jars
