Our bees take full advantage of the Big Island´s bio-diversity, providing an assortment of subtle flavors from the rare blossoms found on the slopes of Mauna Kea to the southern shores of Honu‘apo Bay. Pure and Organic Hawaiian Honey

We currently offer three varietals of Hawaiian honey, each unique in color, texture, and taste. These differences are attributable to the diversity of blossoms blooming at distinct parts of the island at different times of the year. Consequently our honeys are single floral. Because they are single floral you'll be startled by the purity of the tastes.
