Found only in Hawaii, the nectar of the Lehua Blossom produces a white, smooth, crystallized honey with a spreadable, creamy texture and a delicate, understated sweetness. The Macadamia Nut Blossom honey has a rich floral and nutty flavor, velvety texture and dark amber color. Wilelaiki Blossom honey, also known as Hawaiian Christmas Berry, is ambrosial with a subtle spicy flavor and a light amber color.

Long live the Hawaiian honey bees!!

I discovered Big Island Bees honey my first time to Hawaii at the Hawaiian Eye Meeting in Maui back in 2011. They had little sample jars of all their honey at the breakfasts they served us. I was in love from that day on. In May of 2016, I eloped with my husband, bought us some, and got him to fall in love with it, too. Big Island Bees honey is thee ONLY honey this Michigan couple will buy eat- whether we get it in Hawaii when we're vacationing there, or we buy it online, at home. We also buy this honey for gifts!
